The robust FXR90 stationary RFID readers from Zebra are designed for use in transport, logistics, warehousing and manufacturing, where harsh weather conditions and daily cleaning processes are the norm. They fulfil the industrial protection classes IP65 and IP67 and are certified according to MIL-STD-810H. Their versatile design includes an integrated RFID antenna that enables efficient use in even the largest installations, as well as a maximised read zone with 4- and 8-antenna port configurations. The read rate is more than 1,300 tags per second, enabling better visibility and real-time data.
With Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G, GPS and CBRS, the FXR90 offers more flexibility in establishing the most suitable wireless connection for each application - both indoors and outdoors. The IoT Connector also enables easy and consistent data collection from cloud-enabled edge devices. Various power supply options ensure long-term operational readiness: from an AC/DC power supply unit with IP67 for damp and dusty environments to a DC/DC power supply unit for use in vehicles to a non-sealed standard AC/DC power supply unit or PoE/PoE+ for indoor use.
