With the upgradeable operating system Android 10, the mobile Zebra touch computers TC52x and TC57x are evolutionary and a sustainable investment for users in the transportation and logistics industry. They are also ideal for outdoor use: the 5" HD touch display with Corning Gorilla Glass may be used even in wet conditions, with a stylus or while wearing gloves. In addition to the IP65/IP68 protection against water and dust, the mobile computers are also drop-resistant onto concrete from a height of up to 1.2 m.
The TC52x/TC57x are equipped with a fast 2.45 GHz Qualcomm octa-core processor, 4 GB RAM and 32 GB UFS flash memory - making navigation through application screens much easier. Plus, the powerful 4,150 mAh lithium-ion battery with PowerPrecision+ and warm-swap mode ensures up to 14 hours of battery life.
The touch computer interface selection includes NFC, GPS and optional nano-SIM card memory. Bluetooth 5.0 provides very fast data speed, while Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) reduces energy consumption. For reliable communication, Wi-Fi technology with 2x2 Multiple-User Multiple Input Output (MU-MIMO) is available – allowing multiple devices to communicate with each other simultaneously. Plus, integrated, highly sensitive high-volume speakers filter out disturbing background noise and thus ensure a pleasant conversation atmosphere, even in loud, working environments.
Both Zebra mobile computers have an integrated SE4720 scanner for the lightning-fast capture of 1D and 2D barcodes, labels and documents. The 13 megapixel camera with auto-focus and LED flash on the back is ideal for taking detailed photos and videos, as well as documenting condition reports or various delivery and service tasks. The 5 megapixel front camera ensures professional video calls.
The TC52x and TC57x are supported by Zebra’s »OneCare Essential« and »Mobility DNA« tools such as »LifeGuard for Android« – providing them with regular security updates for up to eight years
Another advantage of the mobile touch computers: they are backward compatible with all accessories of the predecessor models TC52/TC57. They may also be optionally converted into a PBX mobile phone via push-to-talk (PTT), Wi-Fi or mobile communications.
